Aman Sedighi

Aman Sedighi is the proud owner and manager of A-OK Gardens, an organic vegetable and fruit farm near Brookfield, P.E.I. After a successful career in agriculture and engineering in Iran, Aman moved to PEI to provide a peaceful and safe home for his family. He began growing vegetables while working on a dairy farm and quickly realized his passion for farming when local chefs praised the quality of his produce. In 2014, he purchased 14.5 acres of land, where he started planting herbs and apple trees, eventually expanding to 120 acres over 2 farms and employing five staff. Aman's commitment to organic farming is unwavering, with over 30 certified organic varieties cultivated. His produce is sold to local shops, restaurants, and wholesale businesses, and he plans to expand to export markets.
